The FABRICATOR Group Publisher Ed Youdell is taking NBT’s message to the streets…of Detroit! No city represents manufacturing like Detroit, and Ed will be participating in the Detroit Free Press Marathon on Oct. 17, 2010, to help raise money for NBT.
Through its manufacturing summer camps and scholarships, NBT is inspiring the next generation of manufacturers, fabricators, welders, carpenters, and more ... one tinkerer at a time. John Ratzenberger, a founder of NBT, speaks on behalf of the organization and how it addresses the urgent need to engage young people in career preparation for well-paid, fulfilling jobs that require hands-on skills.
