Pulse-cutting band saws engineered to reduce noise, vibration, cutting resistance
Amada Cutting Technologies Inc. has launched two band saw models to help eliminate noise, vibrations, and cutting resistance.
The PCSAW430AX single-pulse cutting machine cuts material up to 16 in., and another single pulse machine, the PCSAW530AX, cuts material up to 21 in. The machines feature reduced cutting noise, kerf loss, and material waste, the manufacturer states.
The company also manufactures an AXCELA carbide-tipped band saw blade.
