Inverter pulse welding power supply introduced

Daihen Inc. recently unveiled the DW300 AC GMAW digital inverter welding power supply.

The power supply is suitable for thin to medium thickness and uses AC GMAW technology to control heat input and allows bridging of large gaps. Appropriate for both semiautomatic and robotic applications and featuring a maximum current of 300 amps, the power supply is particularly advantageous for thin aluminum applications and filling gaps, the company says.

The power supply measures 11.8 in. by 27.8 in. by 23.4 in. (300 mm by 705 mm by 595 mm) and weighs 145 lbs. (66 kg). Caster wheels and eyebolts provided increased portability.
