Orbital welding power supply enhanced
Orbimatic (UK) Ltd. has added the HMS (hardware monitoring system) and AWCC (automatic weld current calibration) to its Orbimat 165CB orbital welding power supply.
The HMS allows operators to investigate the current status of the machine's hardware on a single screen. The display screen shows operators which functions of the machine are active, the temperature of main components, and output and feedback values during the weld cycle.
The AWCC allows operators to calibrate the welding current without the need for an in-depth knowledge of the internal workings of the machine.
