Portable electrode welding machine withstands harsh environments
EWM AG has introduced the Pico 160 cel puls portable electrode welding machine. Weighing about 10 lbs., the unit can be used for vertical-down CEL welding and GTAW pulse welding for the 230-V lighting main.
The machine features a splash-proof housing made of plastic and aluminum and a transparent, protective cap over the new control. The easy-to-read display helps enable precise setting of welding parameters. Functions are set using a large button, so users can change settings one-handed and while wearing gloves.
The remote control connection option and large connection sockets enable the machine to be combined with standard electrode holders and standard GTAW torches with rotary gas valves.
