Protective welding sleeve introduced

Torch Wear® has introduced its X-Treme welding sleeve, featuring a three-layer design to provide protection.

Applications for the sleeve include carbon-arc, sub-arc, spray-arc, and heavy-arc welding, as well as pipe and heavy GTAW and standard GMAW. The sleeve exceeds Hazard Risk Category 4 standards, the company reports.

The sleeve, intended for wear over a shirt or jacket, comes as a one-size-fits-all.
