SAW flux packaging for high-production applications introduced

ESAB Welding & Cutting Products has introduced the BigBag for delivering flux for high-production SAW applications. The woven polypropylene bag, which has a polyethylene inlay to prevent moisture pickup, contains 2,200 lbs. of flux. Secondary protection also is provided by a foil wrap on each complete flux pallet during transport.
The package features a discharge spout that can be closed during the flux flow, allowing users to remove only a small portion of flux at a time. Flux can be completely discharged in 25 seconds.
