Self-propelled truck makes welding machine mobile

The Weld-N-Go self-propelled welding truck from N-Go Industrial Trucks combines the power of a welding machine with turning agility and utility vehicle performance. It accommodates different welding machines and is powered using either the welder's own power or an optional onboard battery pack for silent running.

Narrow vehicle width and tight maneuverability allow the truck to fit through a 42-in. doorway with room to spare, the company says. It has a 51-in. inside turning radius and can make a full circle in 180 in.

The steel truck has a standard Dana drivetrain and 600 lbs. of drawbar pull, up to 10,000 lbs. of trailer load, depending on tire friction, and factory-settable speeds up to 14 MPH.

Hydraulic front brakes are standard. Safety features include horn, backup alarm, tail/brake lights, head lamp, and amber strobe lamp.
