Welding helmet features Mexican flag design
Miller Electric Mfg. Co. now offers an autodarkening helmet that features a Mexican flag design with auto-on and grind mode lens technology.
The bright-green metallic helmet features red and white accents forming an ornamental design the scrolls around the surface.
The helmet is the first of its kind to feature auto-on and grind mode lens technology. Auto-on ensures the helmet is always ready for weld applications, eliminating the on/off function while conserving battery life. The helmet's #4 ultraclear light state makes setup and repositioning of hands and parts more efficient while providing continuous UV and IR protection, the company says.
The grinding mode function keeps the helmet in the #4 light state and prevents darkening of the lens from grinding sparks. It meets ANSI Z87.1 and CE/CSA impact standards.
