Welding nozzle rental program introduced
A new GMAW nozzle rental program has been introduced by WeldDaddy, a business unit of Secoa Technology. The Single & Tandem Annual Rental (STAR) program provides qualifying companies the option to rent self-cleaning PerfectArcs™ nozzles instead of buying them.
A key component of the program is the welding nozzle recycling plan. A container is provided for storage and shipment of used nozzles back to the manufacturer. The nozzles then are reused, refurbished, or recycled. All proceeds from the recycled nozzles are donated to a welding industry scholarship fund.
The welding nozzles are suitable for almost any manual or robotic GMAW process, including operations using tandem and custom-weld nozzles.
