Compact palletizer frees up space

QComp Technologies Inc. has introduced the QComp 5G palletizer. Its compact, modular design frees up floor space, allowing users to stack bags, cases, and trays at any point in their production line to eliminate conveyor runs to specialized palletizing areas.

The unit's robot performs 20 picks/min., handling loads of more than 100 lbs. and pallets up to 109 in. high. The system is preassembled for a quick start-up. A vacuum tool offers instantaneous tool-changing capability.
