Robotic GMAW gun designed for use with through-arm style robots - TheFabricator.com

The TOUGH GUN™ ThruArm™ G1 series robotic GMAW gun from Tregaskiss provides 500 amps of welding capability. Featuring the low-stress robotic (LSR) unicable, the gun is designed for use with through-arm-style robots.

Features include a rotating power connection to limit the influence of torsion, a protective conduit to shield cable components, and two keyway systems for accurate alignment and quick replacement. The guns are available as a complete package — from the power pin to the contact tip — for clutch and solid-mount robotic systems, including those by Motoman®, FANUC®, ABB®, KUKA®, OTC Daihen®, and Panasonic®.

Additional options such as air blast and wire brake are available for select models, as well as TOUGH GUN I.C.E.™ Technology, which boosts the duty cycle of the guns by providing water-cooled benefits through the integrated cooling enhancer component.
