Bending machine allows STEP file import
Winton Machine's RD30eCNC is a three-axis CNC rotary draw bender. This PLC-driven machine offers an optional PC interface that enables the user to import a STEP file from CAD directly to the bender without typing in a single data point. This helps save time and reduce programming errors, the company reports.
Suitable for job shop and OEM applications, the line of mandrel benders consists of 0.78-in., 1.18-in., and 1.97-in. machines with a tubing range from 0.04 in. OD to 1.97 in. OD. An optional PC interface allows for programming and data storage.
