Bending machine curves aluminum window frame to very tight radii

Trilogy Machinery Inc. offers the AL-1 aluminum bending machine, developed by Inductaflex for curving aluminum window frame sections to very tight radii. The machine recently successfully curved a 1.77-in.-wide by 2.56-in.-high extruded glazing section to a 6.5-in. outside radius and 4.72-in. inside radius.

The flexible CNC bending machine is suitable for use on aluminum extrusions, light steel, polished tubes, and stainless steel. It meets CE, UL, and CSA standards.
