Electromagnetic bending brake designed for light-duty forming

The Tennsmith electromagnetic brake from Trick Tools is designed without a full-length upper beam. This clamping system design eliminates typical interference points and incorporates only one moving part for light-duty forming.
The machine comes with tooling for forming complex shapes, including rolled edges up to 330 degrees, partial-length bends, closed shapes, and unlimited box depths. The standard backgauge and angle gauge allow for repeatability and precision, the company reports.
