Four-roll plate bender includes detachable supporting yoke

Graebener-Reika offers a four-roll plate bending machine which the company says is the first on the market to feature a detachable supporting yoke design that can be adjusted hydraulically to counteract the respective bending forces. Fabricators can process a variety of thicknesses up to 5.9 in. when creating cylindrical and conical shells.
The machine is suitable for walled offshore wind tower sections, piles, mooring posts, large vessels, and tank applications. The supporting yoke system also can be retrofitted to existing equipment.
The small-footprint unit produces prebent plate edges without visible straight ends to help reduce calibration time.
