Rotary draw tube bender offers simplified programming

The Ercolina Top Bender 050 Plus model rotary draw tube and pipe bender simplifies programming and allows the operator to store and produce the desired bend angle in seconds.

The new color-coded control displays machine position and all current functions on one screen. Bend angle can be adjusted accurately by degree anytime throughout the bending cycle. The machine stops at the desired bend angle automatically to end the cycle. The operator can use the control panel or foot pedal to activate bend and return functions.

The machine offers a capacity of 0.25- to 2.5-in. tube or 2-in. Sch. 40 pipe. The tooling installs quickly, and the swing-away counter bend die vise simplifies workpiece loading and unloading. The three-phase drive motor operates from any 220-V, single-phase power source. Gear reduction operates quietly without need for hydraulics.
