Semiautomatic mandrel bender has bending capacity to 3-in. round tube, multiple profiles

CML USA has introduced the Ercolina® TM76 mandrel bender with a bending capacity to 3 in. round tube and multiple profiles. It is capable of bends to CLR as small as 1.5D, with USB offering unlimited storage of bend programs, material library, and job information.

The machine is suitable for prototype or daily production. Its control is designed for simplified access to manual and automatic operating modes, system diagnostics, and multiple languages. The interactive touchscreen displays absolute or incremental positioning with inch or metric readout.

The bender incorporates programmable mandrel positioning with anticipated mandrel retraction, clamping, and pressure and boost die movements. The tailstock Y and B position display resets to zero after each bend.
