Consumables designed to bend the plasma arc

Hypertherm offers FlushCut™ consumables for its Powermax plasma cutting systems. The patented consumable design features an off-center nozzle bore that delivers the plasma arc at a 45-degree angle, which allows system users to cut closer or more flush to the base to reduce grinding and increase the opportunity to reuse pad eyes, attachments, and other temporary weld supports.

The consumables are available for Powermax65, 85, and 105 systems. They will be offered in January 2017 for the Powermax125.
