New welding electrodes introduced - TheFabricator

Kjellberg Finsterwalde Elektroden und Zusatzwerkstoffe GmbH offers three new welding electrodes.

The high-alloyed Finox 29/9 Gold rod electrode is designed for joint welding, buffering layers under hard alloys, and surfacing of difficult-to-weld steel. Typical applications are the processing of high-manganese steel, tool steel, spring steel, and mixed compounds. The electrode is mainly used for the repair and maintenance of tools, machines, and plant parts.

The Prima Blue rod electrode was developed for joint welding of unalloyed mild steel. It can be used in all welding positions, including vertical-down.

The Ficast Fe rod electrode for welding cast iron was developed for single-layer surfacing and welding of buffering layers on scaled and corroded castings.
