Plasma cutting system consumables designed for extended life

Hypertherm now offers Centricut consumables for Kaliburn Spirit and ProLine plasma cutting systems. According to the manufacturer, laboratory testing shows the life expectancy of the consumables is two to three times longer than that of OEM consumables when cutting at 275 amps and below, and more than twice as long when cutting at 400 amps.
The SilverLine electrodes contain a solid silver front so they wear more slowly; CoolFlow nozzles have an angled O-ring, deep contours, and thick walls for better cooling; and the swirl ring is made with lava instead of ceramic.
