Welding torch is water-cooled

The D/F Pistol Grip Gun is water-cooled inside and out. The slip-in contact tip is held by an adapter that is threaded into the water-cooled body to help increase contact tip life. The copper gas cup also is threaded into the front water-cooled nozzle assembly.

The torch can run 0.035- to 1/8-in. hard and cored wires and 3/64-, 1/16-, and 3/32-in. aluminum, up to 650 amps with a 100 percent duty cycle.

A double-walled aluminum heat shield is optional to help reduce heat and fatigue for the user.
