Air-powered press brake clamp reduces setup time

Wilson Tool International® has introduced Express Air, a new press brake clamp for bending applications. It gives sheet metal fabricators an air-powered option for clamping and seating front and back tools simultaneously with the touch of a button. This quick-change technology allows fabricators to reduce setup time by eliminating the need to hand-tighten set screws and manually seat punches.

The clamp holds small punch sections securely. Interlocking wedge holders add flexibility. Punch holders can be pushed together to create a solid beam, or gaps can be added for box bending. It uses standard shop air at 90 to 120 PSI.
