Abrasive belt machine reaches typically inaccessible areas

The Dynafile abrasive belt machine grinds, deburrs, blends, and finishes typically inaccessible areas on metal and other materials. Applications include light corner weld removal and weld blending. The patented built-in abrasive belt tracking system helps provide trouble-free operation.

More than 30 different interchangeable contact arms are available. The unit uses coated abrasive belts 1/2, 1/4, or 1/8 in. wide by 24 in. long. Nonwoven nylon and cloth polishing belts also are available.

The 20,000-RPM tool weighs 3 lbs. The lightweight composite housing reduces vibration and is thermal-insulated to prevent cold air transmission to the operator's hands. The air motor also is adjustable to the most comfortable throttle lever position.
