Wire feed assist enhanced

ELCo Enterprises Inc. has made several changes to its Wire Pilot® wire feed assist. The unit is designed to help a wire feeder move large-diameter wire or long runs through the conduit in welding applications.

The unit now features hard-chromed, U-groove drive rolls with rounded shoulders along the grooves to prevent wire shaving and reshaping. They are compatible with both ferrous and nonferrous wire.

The wire feed assist also features an improved face plate design and a silencer/reclassifier on all motors to help prevent excess oil run-off and reduce noise.
