Robotic torches work in single-arc, tandem applications

ESAB Welding & Cutting Products has introduced the Aristo® RT line of robotic torches, designed for single-arc and tandem applications. The torches work with three different product setups: standard (external cable), hollow wrist helix (rotation ±220 degrees), and hollow wrist infiniturn (endless rotation).

The Aristo RT-42, RT-52, and RT-62 universal robotic torch necks are interchangeable with each other. All three are available in gas-cooled and water-cooled models in different swan neck angles, with packages available for Kuka, ABB, FANUC, and Motoman/Yaskawa robotic systems.

Integrated blow-out capability can be used for cooling and cleaning of the robotic neck. Features include quick-change torch systems, simplified cable replacement, and constant tool centerpoint. The collision-resistant torch design eliminates readjustment of the torch neck.
