Pipe saw and track system cuts concrete-lined, ash, superduplex SST, other hard alloys
ESCO Tool offers a pneumatic pipe saw and wraparound track system for making square cuts to within ±0.0625 in. on heavy-wall pipe up to 60 in. in diameter and 4.375 in. thick.
The APS-438 universal air-powered saw and WrapTrack® system features a stainless steel band assembly that wraps around the pipe. It can be handled by one operator and is fully supported by four V-grooved roll guides.
Powered by a 3-HP air motor, the saw uses fiberglass-reinforced blades and cuts concrete-lined pipe, ash pipe, superduplex SST, and other hard alloys.
