Welding end prep tool designed for repetitive milling

The MILLHOG® Mongoose Air Clamp™ welding end prep tool from Esco Tool is equipped with an air-operated clamp that attaches to a tube or pipe ID and releases from it at the flip of a toggle switch. It is suitable for highly repetitive end preps.

Featuring a self-centering draw rod that mounts rigidly into the tube or pipe ID, the tool employs clamp ribs that retract off the mandrel automatically after milling to help reduce friction. Designed for tubes and pipe from 0.625 in. ID to 3 in. OD, the tool can bevel, face, and bore simultaneously and remove membrane.
