Abrasive disk brushes leave tolerances unchanged

Osborn Intl. offers ATB Uni-Lok® disk brushes that selectively deburr radius corners and edges without changing dimensional tolerances. The brushes are designed for integration into automated machines, transfer lines, and robotic cells.

The company maintains two configurations as standard stock options—max density and turbo—and can provide customized products for several applications. Several abrasive minerals, grain sizes, and filament geometries are available, including poly crystalline diamond super abrasives and ceramic super abrasive mixtures.

The company's Uni-Lok adapter features a single-point fastening system for replacement of worn-out brushes.
