Abrasive wheels suited for robotic deburring

Rex-Cut® Smooth Touch™ Type 1 deburring wheels are made from cotton fiber, impregnated with abrasives and a proprietary bond, to create a dense yet flexible wheel that constantly reveals fresh abrasives as it works. They are suitable for the robotic deburring and finishing of precision stainless steel parts.

Comparable to conventional 5-9 density unitized wheels, the wheels are designed for use at up to 30,000 RPM, depending on diameter and thickness. They are available in coarse, medium, and fine grits in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-in.-dia. sizes and thicknesses of 0.125, 0.25 and 0.5 in.
