Angle grinders, sanders offer highest power-to-weight ratio

Chicago Pneumatic has introduced its new line of CP3850 industrial angle grinders and sanders, which offer the highest power-to-weight ratio and durability in their class, according to the manufacturer.
Weighing less than 6 lbs., the lightweight machines come in 7- and 9-in. capacities. Features include a vibration-damping, multiposition side handle; auto balancer; integrated silencer; double-action safety lever; 270-degree swivel guard; hardened bevel gears; and quick-change spindle lock.
The 2.8-HP governed motor comes with a choice of 7,700- or 6,600-RPM free speed.
