Blending disc finishes hard-to-reach areas

Walter Surface Technologies has introduced the Blendex U™ Turbo blending disc. Made with a heat-resistant, nonwoven matrix, the disc provides a consistent finish without smearing, says the company.

Self-sharpening grains allow for high material removal on many different surfaces, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. The disc is designed to blend fillet welds; deburr sharp edges; and conform to tough angles, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.
