Custom-designed deburring brushes offered

Weiler Corp. offers crimped wire wide face brushes specially engineered to meet each user's specific requirements. The custom-made brushes are effective for many deburring applications, especially tube end deburring, as well as surface finishing clad materials, conveyor cleaning, coil strip cleaning, leak detection in oil pipelines, and removing rubber coating from steel rolls.

The brushes are available with four different fill densities in hard-drawn steel, high-tensile steel, and Type 302 stainless steel wire, with wire diameters ranging from 0.006 in. to 0.020 in.

The wide face brushes are dynamically balanced. A sectional construction offers a choice of face widths in increments of in. with a maximum face width for a single unit of 30 in. Several wide face units can be stacked together for a wider brush face.
