Electrochemical weld cleaning products restore stainless steel surfaces

Walter Surface Technologies has added three electrochemical weld cleaning products to the SURFOX™ line. They are designed to clean, restore, and protect stainless steel surfaces.

Designed as a pre-primer, Pre-Weld removes contaminants from metallic surfaces before welding. With a reduced VOC content, it is formulated to replace surface preparation solvents such as acetone.

VOC- and solvent-free, Renew is designed to restore stainless steel by removing rust and oxidation without attacking the parent material. Serving as an alternative to harsh, abrasive products, it has a gel formulation to help it cling to inclined surfaces.

Shine is a VOC-free, nonhazardous product that removes dust, dirt, fingerprints, oils, and handling marks. It is also streakproof and leaves an invisible dry film to preserve the finish.
