Finishing tool suitable for wet or dry operation on various materials

Dynabrade's new Superfinisher achieves repeatable finishes on a variety of materials. Suitable for wet or dry operation, the unit can be used on tungsten carbide, chilled iron, stainless steel, chrome plating, brass, copper, and other materials.

Using abrasive rolls from 1 in. to 4 in. wide, the machine constantly advances new abrasive rolls at a speed from 1/16 IPM to 1-1/2 IPM. No tools are needed to change the abrasive rolls. The precision air pressure regulator helps ensure a uniform contact force between the workpiece and the roller. Additionally, the oscillation drive features a counterbalance for smooth operation.

The controls mount on the back, front, or side. Left- or right-hand models are available for front or back mounting.
