Flap disc achieves ultracool grinding on stainless

Pferd Inc. has added the POLIFAN® Strong-Freeze to its SGP line of flap discs. Featuring an extended flap length design, the new disc also features a ceramic grit that helps maintain ultracool grinding with maximum stock removal on stainless steel and other materials with poor thermal properties.
The new disc is suitable for surface grinding work on weld seams. It is available in 4.5-, 5-, and 7-in. diameters in grit sizes of 36 and 50.
