Manual spray unit combines with application pump for powder savings

Gema has introduced the newest version of the OptiFlex®2 F Spray manual unit, designed for applications that require high film builds or precise, constant powder outputs when using long powder hoses.

The unit features a single-chamber design based on the smart inline technology (SIT) concept. This configuration helps ensure constant, reproducible coating over a long period of time. The OptiSpray AP01 application pump enables quick color changes and powder savings up to 15 percent, according to the manufacturer.

The unit is available with one pump for powder output of 300 g/min., or with two pumps for powder output of 600 g/min.
