Multidirectional deburring, laser oxide removal machine suitable for any shape flat panel

October 1, 2008

Midwest Sandright, a division of Midwest Group One, has introduced the Sidewinder multidirectional deburring and laser oxide removal machine. The machine is suitable for flat panels of any shape that require deburring, edge radiusing, and removal of laser oxide. Because the disk is mounted horizontally over the conveyor, the part is introduced in such a way that every edge, including holes and slots, are deburred and radiused using a 3M Scotch-Brite® pad. In addition, the machine can remove laser oxide when the disk is fit with brushes. It is available in 18-, 37-, and 48-in. widths.
