Parts washing system designed for use with biodegradable solvent

Walter Surface Technologies has added the CleanBox Flow to the BIO-CIRCLE® line of manual industrial parts washing systems. Suitable for the bulk cleaning of small to medium-sized parts, the compact unit is designed for use with Bio-Circle CB 100, a natural, water-based solvent that is biodegradable and VOC-free.
The parts washer comprises a sink and flow-through cleaning brush, a basin, and a heavy-duty pump that circulates through heavy oils, greases, and contaminants. When paired with the solvent, the washer enables the quick removal of hardened greases, oils, and residues from parts.
Features include an air gun to facilitate the quick drying of industrial parts, a two-level cart that puts the washer at a suitable height for working and makes the system mobile, and a lid to prevent contaminants from entering the system.
The solvent contains Nature Boost, a raw material derived from vegetable extracts that acts as a natural solvent with water. The solvent removes greases, ink, rubber marks, tar, wax, carbon, soot, and pastes. It cleans at room temperature in manual, immersion, presoaking, and ultrasonic applications. The noncorrosive, biodegradable, NSF-certified solvent is compatible with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metals.
