Pass-through wash system processes parts up to 12 in. high

Viking Blast & Wash Systems has released the new CBW 1212 pass-through wash system. This heated jet spray washer incorporates a powered, galvanized, 12-in. chain-belt conveyor, with variable speeds from 1 to 10 linear FPM. It can process parts up to 12 in. high.

The heavy-duty, 12-ga. cabinet construction is fully insulated. The washer incorporates two wraparound spray bars for 360-degree part cleaning. Features include full coverage catch screens beneath the conveyor to prevent incidental parts from falling through to the reservoir, 0.25-in. neoprene curtains to protect from overspray, and two 6-in.-dia. steam vents.

Heated rinse stations, blowoff systems, oil skimmers, and closed-loop filtration are available. Custom engineering also is available upon request.
