Soak solution rust remover is water based

The Evapo-Rust™ water-based rust remover from Daubert Cromwell is a soak solution that helps eliminate flash rust in a minimum of 10 minutes and deep rust in hours.

With a neutral pH, the fluid is environmentally friendly and requires no special equipment or protective clothing. It is reusable and sewerable in most cases. Approximately 1 gal. of the fluid removes rust from up to 300 lbs.—or 20 sq. ft.—of moderately rusted steel. It will not harm copper, brass, or aluminum and won't remove nonoxide coatings such as paint or chrome that are still bonded to the surface of the metal.
