Environmentally safe gel lubricant for metalworking suitable for horizontal applications

Accu-Lube gel paste from ITW ROCOL® North America is an environmentally safe, natural-based lubricant made from renewable resources. It is suitable for horizontal applications because it won't run or drip. With its gel texture, the nontoxic product can be applied to small and large tools with a soft brush without risk of damaging the tool.

The paste is designed to eliminate the mess and waste caused by other lubricants. No cleaning is required before heat treating, and it is suitable for short-run machining, reaming, tapping, and drilling.

The dark blue gel is a neutral product that does not cause contamination or discoloration of materials and is safe for use on all metals. Since it is biodegradable and nonhazardous, no special disposal is required. The paste comes in 8-oz. jars and 5-gal. pails.
