Four-column hydroforming press designed for high-volume environments

Graebener-Reika Inc. has announced the availability of a new four-column hydroforming press through its parent company, Graebener Maschinentechnik. The system is suitable for high-volume environments, such as the automotive industry. The presses are available in closing forces from 800 to 5,000 tons.

The press crown and the bed are connected to each other and clamped by means of four tie rods, with the crown of the press supported by the side columns. This column design allows accessibility to the press and die space area from all four sides.
