Fluid mixer automatically mixes 250 gal. continuously
The SSM-300 shear static mixer from Industrial Fluid Systems automatically mixes 250-gal. batches of fluid continuously with little to no user intervention.
The mixer can be set to run at one concentration and, with the selector switch, can mix at a different ratio. The system has a programmable logic control that provides a number of safety features and more than seven distinct alarm conditions that automatically shut down the machine if a problem occurs.
Optional features include a drip tray, holding tank, premix heating system, or fluid distribution system. The unit also can be connected to a central spray system.
