Nozzle design aids near-dry sawing

Accu-Lube® has introduced a new nozzle designed for near-dry sawing. The U nozzle allows the lubricant to be applied from behind the blade on the three sides of the blade.

The nozzle attaches to a two-pump applicator system to split the lubricant and applies a smooth coat directly to the cutting edge. Designed to increase tool life, reduce fluid consumption, and enhance productivity, the nozzle mixes lubricant and air right at the nozzle. Lubricant flow is directed out three ports.

Available in two sizes, the nozzle is used with the company's positive displacement pump applicators.
