Software provides end-to-end management of orders, materials, parts, nests, and assemblies

JETCAM Intl. s.a.r.l. will showcase its CrossTrack™ order, material, and assembly management software suite, along with the latest version of the JETCAM Expert CAD/CAM and nesting software, at FABTECH 2010.

The software suite provides end-to-end management of orders, materials, parts, nests, and assemblies. When used in conjunction with the software suite, the CAD/CAM and nesting software becomes a "black box" nesting engine, automatically processing queued orders and generating NC code without human intervention.

The software suite provides role-based access to manufacturing-related data, such as advanced material management and allocation of stock and remnants, a nests database for assigning static nests to incoming orders, hands-off nesting, real-time information on parts and nests to be cut, and assembly management and MRP order importing.
