Fully automatic band saw has infinitely variable band speed

Kaast Machine Tools offers a fully automatic band saw that features a rigid, compact design; automatic material feed; a parts counter; and a built-in coolant system. It incorporates infinitely variable band speed and cutting force, as well as hydromechanical blade tension and an automatic band breakage detection and shutoff feature.

The solid-cast monoblock construction of the saw frame helps ensure that the machine will produce straight cuts. The blade guides and rollers are made of carbide to help promote longevity.
