System controls airflow in dust collectors

Keller USA's ProFix is a modular option for centralized or cell dust and mist collection systems. With a rapidly shutting damper, the unit readjusts automatically to any airflow variations inside the system.

Maximum and minimum airflow parameters can be set individually, with gradual adjustment possible via 0- to 10-V signal; the system also is programmable using hand-held devices. If a sudden decrease in the target airflow occurs, a time-delayed alarm is triggered at the controls.

The system controls pressure-independent, standard, and fast-running flow applications.
