3-D welding table converts to any desired configuration
Kemper America offers a new 3-D welding table for single production pieces or series production. The table converts into any desired configuration quickly, even during work process, providing precise clamping options.
A T-slot system built into every table surface piece lets the user create unlimited clamping and stopping arrangements at and around the workpiece. The integrated etched grid allows for precise measuring and positioning. Making adjustments simultaneously on two axes makes it possible to adjust the stops to the exact point and direction needed.
The worktable comes in two work surfaces: gray cast iron for steel processing or aluminum-copper alloy for stainless steel processing. Both surfaces protect the welding table from spatter buildup. The aluminum-copper alloy is suitable for processing of stainless steel as it prevents adhesive contaminants and scratches that can cause continuous corrosion on the surface.
