Double-end deburring machine designed for extrusions
Kent Corp. has introduced a double-end deburring machine, designed for extrusion ends.
The machine, which includes a fixed head and an adjustable head, uses two 12-in.-OD cup brushes per side. Spinning in opposite directions, the brushes deburr both ends of extrusions without requiring part rotation.
The machine can process extrusions as large as 6 in. OD in lengths of 8 to 120 in.
